In this lab, you will learn about REST APIs, explore the many Webex APIs for Calling, Meetings, and Messaging, and understand how to use them to automate operations of a Webex environment.

The lab will cover authentication (including bots, integrations, and service apps), how to use SDK's to facilitate your ability to reliably use the APIs in a production environment in a scalable way, and more complex topics such as WebHooks.

The APIs you will explore will allow you to perform tasks like managing users, device, and other configuration as well as retrieve real-time information that can be used for troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
